By creating an account or using the Brivionix API, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Brivionix provides a unified API gateway for accessing large language models. The service includes:

API access to AI models via OpenAI-compatible endpoints
Token management and billing tools
Dashboard and usage analytics

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your API keys
You must not share account credentials
You are responsible for all API usage under your account
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the API for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Reverse-engineer or probe the infrastructure
Resell API access without authorization

Billing & Payments

Credits are purchased on a prepaid basis
All transactions are processed via Stripe
Pricing is subject to change with notice
Volume discounts apply per the published schedule

Refund Policy

Unused balance: Eligible for refund upon request. Contact support@brivionix.com
Consumed credits: Non-refundable
Technical issues: If service disruption caused unexpected charges, submit a support ticket for review

Limitation of Liability

Brivionix is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

Upstream provider outages or model behavior
Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss due to account misuse

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
