If your payment went through but credits haven't appeared, please join Discord with your payment receipt and we'll resolve it promptly.

Check Usage Logs for detailed error info first. If the issue persists, contact us with the error details.
Refund requests
Email support@brivionix.com with your account info and reason. Unused balance is eligible for refund review.
